Where Series appear
When published, your Series automatically appears on your homepage, alongside other products like Courses and Downloads.

What users see
Each Series page includes your title, cover, and description, plus visible trailers and a What you get box. Unlike Courses and Downloads, Series do not contain downloadable files or links: the box is meant for additional info (e.g., genres, languages, or content type). Below the main preview, users can browse all Seasons and Episodes, each with duration, title, and their thumbnail (Poster). Once unlocked, the Series page updates to show access to all episodes and progress indicators.

Episode player
When a user clicks an episode, it opens in Sherpo’s secure, adaptive video player, which covers the full screen, but can be made fully full-screen with a toggle.

Info and description
Clicking the info icon (ⓘ) reveals the episode’s title, subtitle, and description.
Seasons and episode navigation
Inside the player, users can also open the Seasons panel. This view shows all seasons and episodes in a compact layout, highlighting current progress and completion status.
Progress tracking
Series use automatic completion based on content playback. When a video reaches the end, Sherpo marks that episode as complete. Progress updates instantly, visible both in the player and in the Series overview. No manual “Mark as completed” action is needed.Checkout
When users choose to unlock a Series, they’re guided through Sherpo’s streamlined, secure Checkout: powered by Stripe and compatible with multiple payment options.

Trailers and previews
If a Series includes one or more trailers, they appear at the top of the product page if the product is locked. Users can watch them freely before unlocking the full product. Trailers behave like normal Sherpo videos, with playback controls and fullscreen mode, but do not use Sherpo’s custom video player.“What you get” section
The What you get section is an optional box where creators typically add contextual information, such as:- Series category (e.g., documentary, tutorial, narrative)
- Languages available
- Total duration or release schedule
- Access details (e.g., lifetime access, timed unlock)
