AI Chat Modes

  • Default — Fast, context-aware answers using Sherpo’s base model.
  • Search (paid plans) — Lets the AI browse the web for fresh information.
  • Reason (paid plans) — Performs longer, multi-step reasoning for complex prompts.
Chats stream live and automatically save in the sidebar for later reference. Usage is limited per plan, with higher limits on Pro and Ultra.
Sherpy is not Sherpo’s customer support bot. It may produce inaccurate responses about platform features. For official help, contact support@sherpo.io.

AI in text editors

Whenever you’re writing inside a rich-text field (e.g. product descriptions, lessons, “What you get” sections), you’ll see an AI sparkle icon ✨ in the toolbar.

  • Proofread — Fix grammar, punctuation, and structure.
  • Summarize — Condense long paragraphs into concise summaries.

The AI processes up to ~2,500 characters per request and streams results directly into your editor, ready to accept or modify.
